Demon List

After going through some testing with the chaos marines army, I’ve decided to just play my favorite instead. I think although demons are likely not going to be able to stand up to guard with psychic choir, or null zone it will at least have a chance to be fun. I will likely be playing my fairly standard heavier list that includes the Khorne elements with the Tzeentch.

Fallen Angels Demons

Jnuary 13th 2009 just before 8:00 am. Most of my angelic experiences begin in my dreams but they also extend outside of my dreams into my reality. But nothing could have prepared me for the battle I suddenly was faced with. Before I woke I was in a terrible situation about to be slaughtered by a huge demon as I felt him to be. I was fighting a huge male demon who looked to be in his mid 30’s and stood around 7 to 8 feet tall. He was large and muscular. Not ripped muscular like a body builder but he was massive like a giant and he had no hair on his head, not even a stubble. He wore no shirt and was rather boastful of his size as he threateningly approached me. But I didn’t run or try to get away because I didn’t think there was anywhere I could run to but I was afraid. I would back up to avoid letting him get his hands on me, and I was unarmed. But every chance I had I would try and kick at him or punch him in his gut. But nothing would stop him. He had a throwing device that was black like a little wheel, 2″ inches thick & 5″ inches in diameter.

Around the edges there were sharp metal blades that projected jaggedly outward. The interior of the weapon reminded me of a Chinese star with the star shape design. He would throw it and it would come at me and it sliced me slightly in the upper arm like a razor blade and shot off curled around and returned to him so he could catch it and use it again on me. At this same time I noticed he wasn’t alone, he had a smaller female who was even shorter then me. She had red hair, looked mean and wore a Russian Officers uniform. I thought she was his wife or girlfriend of some kind and she was coming over to also attack me. As she came up on his left side she was beginning to lunge at me as I formed a ball of energy in my hand and threw it at her. It knocked her back and I shouted to her; “Butt out!” Read the rest of this entry »

Demon Summoning Spells

Current Description: The Imperial March of the Aelyrian Empire, also the Royal March of the Kingdom of Aelyria, written originally by High Queen Melody de Lylles, is the stirring national anthem of the Aelyrian Nation. When played by a bard, it invokes the spirit of glory causing two notable changes in the party about the musician: combat skills will be executed with greater haste and efficiency, and everyone will find themselves stronger and more determined to proceed with morale.

Suggested Description: The Imperial March of the Aelyrian Empire, also the Royal March of the Kingdom of Aelyria, written originally by High Queen Melody de Lylles, is the stirring national anthem of the Aelyrian Nation. So long as the March is played it invokes the spirit of glory causing a few notable changes in the party about the musician: combat maneuvers will be quickened with a minor haste effect, party members will find themselves to have increased physical strength, and those aligned with the Bard will gain the benefits of being slightly resistant to fear effects and mundane intimidation due to increased battle morale.

Reason for Update: First off, finding yourself stronger and more determined to proceed with morale is two changes in itself, turning the “two notable changes” into “three notable changes”. The “combat skills will be executed with greater haste and efficiency” causes one to wonder just what that means. Do they land more often? Are they literally faster in combat? It has been changed for ease of comprehension. And finally “more determined to proceed with morale” makes one wonder exactly what it is their gaining? Is renegade Jim suddenly shouting out “For Aelyria!” as he swings his battle axe about? Changing it to gaining a slight resistance to fear allows the Bard to better comprehend exactly what he’s giving to his buddies. There’s another reason for this change, as will be evident below when we move to…. Read the rest of this entry »

Japanese Demon

Lurking the halls of Buddhist temples and museums across Japan are a host of monster mummies — the preserved remains of demons, mermaids, kappa, tengu, raijū, and even human monks. Here are a few remarkable specimens for the adventurous and brave at heart.

– Demon mummies

It might seem odd that Buddhist temples in Japan house the occasional stray mummified demon ( oni ), but then again it probably makes sense to keep them off the streets and under the watchful eye of a priest.

Zengyōji (善行寺) temple in the city of Kanazawa (Ishikawa prefecture) is home to the mummified head of a three-faced demon. Legend has it that a resident priest discovered the mummy in a temple storage chamber in the early 18th century. Imagine his surprise.

Nobody knows where the demon head came from, nor how or why it ended up in storage.

The mummified head has two overlapping faces up front, with another one (resembling that of a kappa) situated in back. The temple puts the head on public display each year around the spring equinox.

Another mysterious demon mummy can be found at Daijōin temple in the town of Usa (Oita prefecture).

The mummy is said to have once been the treasured heirloom of a noble family. But after suffering some sort of misfortune, the family was forced to get rid of it.

The demon mummy changed owners several times before ending up in the hands of a Daijōin temple parishioner in 1925. After the parishioner fell extremely ill, the mummy was suspected of being cursed.

The parishioner quickly recovered from his illness after the mummy was placed in the care of the temple. It has remained there ever since. Today the enshrined demon mummy of Daijōin temple is revered as a sacred object.

A much smaller mummy — said to be that of a baby demon — was once in the possession of Rakanji Temple at Yabakei (Oita prefecture).

Powerful Demons Names

July 1st, 2009

21

Based on the 2000 anime movie of the same name, Blood: The Last Vampire follows a half-human, half-vampire called Saya who spends her time hunting those who are half her kind: Vampires. Loosely working with an organization known as “The Council” which devotes itself to the hunting and killing of vampires hiding amongst the human population, Saya enrolls in a high school on an American army base in Tokyo.

Proclaimed by Saya herself, the only reason she lives is to hunt down and kill the “oldest and most powerful demon,” known as Onigen, who she believes was responsible for the death of her father when she was very young.

Most of The Last Vampire seems like padding in between each action scene. The dialogue is pretty lame at times (sometimes downright eye-rolling), and the storyline doesn’t have much to it other than a generic revenge plot. It also suffers from some not-so-great acting at times, with an army general and one of “The Council’s” agents being particularly questionable in the performance department.

But does all that really matter in a movie called Blood: The Last Vampire ? The name (along with all the promo material released for the movie) promises action, not an Oscar-worthy drama. And that’s exactly what we get for the most part: The action scenes are very well choreographed, which isn’t surprising considering the guy who is credited as the “action director” here is Corey Yuen, who worked on the first two Transporter films (which, if nothing else, were impressive in the fight scene department) and a few Jet Li movies. Three action/fight scenes in The Last Vampire particularly stand out, one involving Saya’s mentor battling a dozen guys in a forest, another being a sequence in an alley, and the last being the obligatory bigger-than-the-rest end battle sequence.

Different Types Of Demons

July 1st, 2009

20

I am posting this from the National Demonology Department, with permission from my director Ronald Dressler, a fellow demonologist and good friend…

A few of you may not know me very well but I am a practicing demonologist and a negative tuned medium as are most of the members of N.D.D we are nationwide with affiliates in several states our only specialty is severe demonic cases. I find the information fascinating the formation of demons in particular most people do not understand how the beings are formed and that there are several types of demons just because we call it a demon does not necessarily mean it’s a “exorcist” type there are some that are harmless and roam feeding on other energy beings like themselves, the type most people associate with the word demon are called “occult or cosmic and astral” demons, these are dangerous, there are cosmic and gregori. Gregori is the strongest and most dangerous this type of demon controls other types of demons and this is the kind that comes to our plane and can kill.

This is long but very interesting: I will break it in to parts of 3

The Formation and Behavior of Demons

Demons are entities made from neutral energy merged with negative energy. Neutral energy is not a native energy in this Dimensional Universe and is what many believe to be the energy of which our souls are formed. Demons are spawned by residual fragments of this energy that is left behind that bind with negative energy to form a demon.
Its consciousness is formed from fragments of memories of the deceased still within the area of death or in Hell. Neutral Energy is what our Souls are primarily made from. We call these energy neurons, and they form the pulses of energy throughout the nervous system and the brain. These fragments may become twisted with negative energy in the area to form Minor-Demons or Sub-Demons.
Before I go any further, I need to inform you of the Astral-Plane. It is another Dimension, where neutral energy is dominant and all things have either negative and neutral, or positive and neutral energy. This forms several different layers of different areas of this dimension. The top is where Heaven is thought to exist.
Below Heaven are the Greater Plains. This is where the Spirits of the departed are waiting to get into Heaven. This I believe is purgatory, and those who have lesser than pure lives have too much negative energy to be comfortable on that Plain, considering it would consist of positive-neutral energy.
Below the Greater Plains exists the Mid-Plains. The Mid-Plains is the area we all Dream in, and it is thought that this region is where creative ideas originate from as well.
Beneath the Mid-Plains are the Lesser-Plains, and on this Plain are Astral-Demons. They like to latch on to unsuspecting Dreamers that are close to the borders of these Plains. The Demons then cause Nightmares to awaken the dreamers in order to enter our dimension.
Below the Lesser-Plains exists a border between the Astral-Plain, and a dimension of anti-energy.

Invoking Gods Summoning Demons

July 1st, 2009

if you’re trying get it away from someone there a re better ways to do it than taking it into yourself. but I’d start by getting its attention. make it interested in you in some way. make it want you more than this other person. be warned however that some spirits are extremely powerful capable of inhabiting several beings at once. you’ll also need to know the spirit’s true name or at least a summoning name. summoning names are easier to find but true name will give you more power against, which you’ll need because once you summon it you’re in for a struggle. start by making a circle of protection. salt works well for this. have present a representation of each of the four element. a stone in the north corner works well for earth, a blade or flame to the south for fire, a wand to the east for wind, and a chalice or earthen bowl full of water to the west. Use as a focus a symbol of whatever god you believe in that will be most helpful to you or a representation of whatever element you are most attuned to. now the best way to contain it is by trapping it in a crystal, quartz should do just fine. call upon whatever deities or spirits you believe in for protection (you can never have too much back up I personally would be paying tribute to your protective spirits for at least a week prior) and gather as many spiritually aware people as you can (don’t try this alone!) and then summon the offending spirit. now is the hard part. getting the spirit into the crystal. if you have the spirit’s true name then you can simply command to either leave this plane (preferable) or get into the crystal. if you just have a summoning name you’re going to have a bit of a fight on your hands. Use your will to focus your energy through your symbol and force it into the crystal. DO NOT engage in astral combat as this will leave your body wide open to possession. once you have the spirt contained keep the crystal in a safe place where no one can touch it and where the energies within it won’t interfere with anyone or anything mainly as a precaution (you didn’t give any details so I’m not sure how strong this thing is).

Corporately, in the body of Christ as a nation, enough Christians must humble themselves, seek God’s face, pray, and turn from their wicked ways. Then God will heal our land.

Female Demon

Let’s get something straight right up front: “Ohyaku” is bad romanization. What’s the H doing in there? That’s not how you render Japanese into English (there are conventions for such things). The proper spelling would be “Oyaku.” However, the O is most likely an honorific, so it would more properly be “O-Yaku.” So there.

Anyhow, this is a pretty good flick if you enjoy bloody revenge, Toei exploitation-style, in a jidai-geki setting. O-Yaku (Junko Miyazono) is an acrobat desired by many a horny old samurai and her boss keeps arranging these after-show meetings with them. But our O-Yaku’s no whore, and lets these guys know it in no uncertain terms. One creepy fellow, a government official, takes her rejection particularly badly and ends up torturing her, beheading her lover with a guillotine, and finally shipping her off to Sado Island to work in the mines (while trying to fend off scores of male prisoners). Now she’s out for revenge, and boy does she get it.

Junko Miyazono went on to star in Nobuo Nakagawa’s even more ferocious Quick-Draw Okatsu the following year, a film I review in my forthcoming book Warring Clans, Flashing Blades: A Samurai Film Companion (which ships from the printers June 17th and will appear in retail outlets a few weeks thereafter). She’s also good in Hideo Gosha’s Samurai Wolf as a blind biwa-playing boss of a courier service (that one’s in the book too). So I guess what I’m saying is I think you should buy my book. Hey guys!
Hey guys! I joined this comm a while ago but haven’t posted anything yet… I’m a white female living in the South (Texas to be exact) and I simply cannot justify the casting of The Last Airbender as the correct choices. Actually… I find it hard to justify the movie in general… Is it really necessary in the first place? I’d like to know some of your opinions on this, here’s where I stand…

Types Of Demons

July 1st, 2009

To Manifested Glory Ministries of Bridgeport, Conn.:

Perhaps you wouldn’t mind telling me what a ”homosexual demon” looks like.

I will confess that until last week, I had no idea demons even had sexual orientations. Or, for that matter, sex. Then I happened upon a video that is making the rounds online. It depicts members of your congregation conducting what can only be described as the ”gay exorcism” of a 16-year-old boy.

He convulses on the floor as if in the grip of a seizure while adults circle above, apparently attempting to holler the gay out of him. They yell things like, “C’mon, you homosexual demon! We want a clean spirit!”

And . . . “Come out of his belly! It’s in the belly!”

And . . . “Right now, I command you to leave!”

And . . . “Rip it from his throat! Come on, you homosexual demon!”

A woman fans a towel at the writhing boy. At one point, the child, limp and unresisting as a sack of flour, is held upright and vomits into a bag. A piano plays gospel chords in the background.

Originally, you all had posted the full 20-minute video on YouTube, but for some strange reason (surely not embarrassment?), you’ve since taken it down. Still, snippets survive and are as near as a Google search. The ones I saw do not make clear whether the demon ever poked its head out,but if it didn’t, you have to wonder if maybe it was scared to. That was quite an unsettling scene, after all. Unsettling enough that it has landed your church in the middle of controversy and outrage. Read the rest of this entry »
